Beam Solace is a student-led social media and digital marketing team in Tallahassee. We help independent businesses share what they do through photography, content creation, and practical strategy.
Help family-owned, Black-owned, and minority-owned businesses reach more people while staying true to who they are. Our work starts with the owner’s story and ends with content and a plan they can use.
We bring an interest in photography, video, design, writing, and marketing. Business owners bring the knowledge of their customers and their work. We listen first, then decide together what would be useful.
We support local businesses that are already open: restaurants, food trucks, bakers, beekeepers, artists, craft makers, bookstores, and community spaces. Family ownership, community ties, and local sourcing matter to us. Chains and franchises aren’t our focus.
We talk about your audience, your goals, and what has been hard to keep up with.
We agree on the content, the schedule, and what our team can deliver.
We capture photos and video, develop posts, and ask for your approval before publishing.
We look at the results together and share the agreed content and guidance so you can keep using them.
You keep ownership of your accounts. We agree on access, approvals, and deliverables at the start. Photos and stories are only shared with permission.
