Content planning
Give each post one job.
Before making a post, choose what you want someone to do: save a menu, ask a question, visit your stall, or learn about a product. Put the useful detail in the post and make the next step clear.
Include the location, date, price, or ordering instructions when they matter. A nice photo is easier to act on when people know what they’re looking at.
Photography
Make a small shot list before you start.
Capture a wide view of the space, a close-up of the product, the process, and the person behind it. Use window light where you can and check the background before taking the photo.
Take both vertical and horizontal versions. Ask permission before photographing customers or featuring anyone in a post.
Video
Build a reel around one useful moment.
Show a product being made, a question being answered, or a new item arriving. Start with the moment that tells viewers what the video is about.
Keep on-screen words readable, add captions to spoken audio, and end with the information someone needs to visit or order. Preview it on your phone before posting.
Social media
Plan around a week you can actually manage.
Choose a few recurring themes: a product, a behind-the-scenes moment, and an answer to a customer question. Keep a list of ideas so you aren’t starting from scratch every time.
Set aside one short session to capture several clips and photos. Choose a posting rhythm you can sustain, then adjust it based on your time and response.
