One of us reads it and writes back. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help and what we'd do first. If we're not the right people for it, we'll say that instead of stringing you along.
From there it's however you like it. Some people would rather sort the whole thing out over email, and that's completely fine. If you'd rather talk it through — on a call, or sitting down somewhere in town — say so and we'll set it up.
